Figure out which actual monitor it is, model number and such and compare it to these:

As for the flash drive, find the specific one here:

On the flash drive neither of the newegg flash drives are 69.99 even with shipping. So at the least, you'd be saving about 5$ if you order through them.

Other than this we can't really tell you if they are a deal without more information, things like the model numbers or wether or not they are used.
