I get bored and jump around a bit like a Seal from Counter-Strike.

No. Seriously. No.

I will stick with IE7, you only get virus' and trojans by looking at sites that host them... good thing i barely browse the internet much anymore other then for research or checking up on games.

Nod32 takes care of those... For me each application has a certain use. Iexplorer browses the Internet and does it well. I don't need all the other stuff that other browsers can give me. But I do respect people that do and I will never try to convert you in using Iexplorer. You use what you like at your risk.

I bet you have never even touched Firefox. If you use Firefox or Opera or anything like that you don't even need to run Nod32 all the time which takes up CPU cycles and slows down your work process while it goes on. And trust me, there are TONS of useful extensions for Firefox. but of course, you're one of those that refuses to change to something else even if it would totally benefit you. I shouldn't even put in any more effort after this post to try to convince you, because you obviously don't like change.

Opera and FF > IE.

For a start valid HTML and CSS renders properly in them, IE just kills website design.

tell me about it, you put together a nice page layout, get it all working properly, then test it in IE and it's screwed to hell Huh

I actually have both installed. So you actually don't have a virus scanner running because you use Firefox? Good luck!

whats better gozy, stopping viruses before they get to your computer, or cleaning up after they downloaded and installed themselves through IE's direct road to the OS core ?

I have a virus scanner in Windows but I don't need to make scans a thousand times a day to make sure I don't have viruses. in fact, I never do a scan, because I mostly use Linux.
