Small error in my original post, it isn't becuase they(Ivory Coast) are hosting but just becuase they fucking qualified.

It actually makes sense...I thought wtf has Germany done wrong again. BTW, Ivory Coast isn't that bad...the east and central African nations are way poorer and have more problems with civilwar.
