When i try to play renegade, i get a message

The procedure entry piont ?Detect_bandwidth@@YAKKKHAAHAAKKPAUtBandtestSettingsStruct @@PAD>@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library BandTest.dll.

PLZ HELP!!!!!
