Ok, here goes.
I didnt even know about this sbbo thing but apparently im using it. every server i go to the host tells me i am typing sbbo, but im not! i dont know what it is or what it does, and i am NOT typing it.
Can anyone help me? I dont know how to fix it and i keep getting booted because of it.
(some more information-I am not typing it, however i was told you must hit F8 and then type it. I am not sure what it does. I have dialup. I have microsoft AVG and anti-spyware, so i do not have any viruses. The only thing with F8 i know to do is FPS, which mine is 75. I do not know what or how the servers show i am typing it, but while i am talking to the hosts they tell me it shows that i am typing it. --hope that info helps some--)

I told Gunshot to come to here and ask for help because he got banned from [NE]WarZone because of it then I noticed he came into RenStation (my server) and I was getting the alert message
[16:56] <@WarBot> (3)gunshot08 banned by [NE]vasatron1[RCT]@IRC on 31.05.2006 14:57:00 for SBBO Exploit after warning given (gunshot08)
([16:25] <@Fastc0nn1Bot> 3[ALERT]16 gunshot08 attempted to use the BW exploit. Their BW has been reset to the default.)
He swore he never typed it in, for some reason I belive him as just before that message he typed something in main chat.. so the time diffrence is rather high. Meaning after 0.5 sec I got that message.
I believe the problem lays within his connection being dialup..
Could someone give their opinion on this subjet please?

This is what happens when the bandwidth minimum in SSAOW.ini is set too high. Lowering the minimum bandwidth to about 30-40 kbps should do the trick.

A '56k' modem can only provide 30-40kbps of downstream bandwidth.

Our server for exemple asks a minimum BW of 105000. You only have 56k, so your BW will be set to the minimum of 105000 automatically. You will probably lag out then.
56k - players are always very laggy, especially on big servers. We don't want them, sorry. Stick to small servers which will not have this option enabled. The more players, the more bandwith you need  .

Yes but that only works if you can actually take in that much bandwith, so you need broadband.
Meroving, please think of the other players. When you play with your 56K on a big server, you warp from one place to another on their screens. You yourself must have pings of 300-400.
I understand you just want to play the game but I can really only advice you to play in smaller games.
