i no a common bug tht comes up all the time with me and i have had to redwonload it time after time but it keeps happening to me:@ anyway randomly sometimes the commands do not work at all u type !help and nothing comes up at all it is reli annoying me so can sum1 do sumat about tit v.0.2.3

Translation:
I keep gettting a common bug in NR that comes up often for me and the only way I can fix it is to download the program and reinstall it. It keeps happening to me  but it is at random and when it occurs the commands do not work. Not even the !help command works and it is really annoying. If someone could help me out that would be swell! By the way I am usi9ng version 0.2.3. Thank you.
