Use WindowsBlinds from www.stardock.com.
I'm sure you heard of it. The latest version has a 60 day limit though. After installing WinBlinds go to www.wincustomize.com to get new skins/themes. Thumbs Up

There is no need to install any of those crap programs. Go to devianart and look through the windows themes there and pick one you like. In order to use them you need to run an app(can't remember what its called right now) that changes a dll so windows allows unofficial themes.

Windows Blinds doesn't invalidate your EULA, the custom dll does afaik.
