Does anyone know if it is posible to obtain an mp3 of the sound only dogs can hear (dog whistle) and be able to play it through speakers?

I want to know if it is posible to play a recording of that noise which pisses off dogs so much and have it work everytime I play it without me hearing a thing.

It would be awesome to have that file on my psp and play it to screw around with dogs XD.

I remember when I was little I was throwing pinecones at a big german sheppard that was in a pen, and I thought it was awesome to mess around with a dog....until he got pissed off, jumped over the fence, and bit me in the face and head several times.
