can't initialize service? [message #197862]

Recruit

I was playing my normal game, then I crash, so I go back into Renguard, click Renegade, and then I lose internet connection (mysteriously) and Renguard crashes. I open Renguard once again, and that doesn't work. I get a "unable to initialize network" error, and a reboot didn't fix it.

Suggestions?
