Depends on how you deleted it. If you were in Renegade at the time, go to "Player Options", make sure "Automatically Log In" is not ticked, then try to login to XWIS.

You should get a popup, type your username and password and your set.

If you used the XWIS website to delete your account, follow the above instructions and hope you re-register it before someone else takes it.
