Depends. Usually I don't mind and I ignore them, but there was this one guy (On n00bstories) who insisted on flipping over my newly-aquired apaches by ramming them with his and blowing them up. I wouldn't mind it if it wasn't interfering with my ability to play, soo...

After some serious abuse of the "!noob" command, I reported him to the admin on duty and had him kicked.
