Got banned because of Renguard. [message #193412]

I got banned from the UN GSA server the other day because of Renguard. I have been recently unbanned, but I have a question that relates to Renguard. I was banned from the GSA server because one of the UN mods used rglocate and couldn't find me. What I beileve happened, however I don't know if this is possible, is that Renguard disconnected me from the rg server while playing on the server, however the rg running in my background did not bother to tell me that this had happened. So I beileve that is why I could not be found using rglocate, or that tthom said that Crimson could not find that I was logged in at that time on her logs, but you could !rg me in the game and it would say I had it because it was still running in the background. I was wondering why this happened, if it could happen often, and if this glich is being worked on or not. Thanks, jet998900

same problem with me
Played a few games running renguard and without knowing it dismentled on me.without me knowing about this I got banned.I really hope this problem can soon be resolved because alot of people probably are innocent trying play but renguard gives out.

This is probably a bug in the Server Side Client, because the SSC is told when someone loses connection to RG Rocked Over

Well, I think this is happening often, for me anyway. Today while waiting for the UN GSA server to restart, I was just checking the rglocate on renguard.com to just test it, and I was on renguard for about 5 min, then I got disconnected, and the renguard running in my background never bothered to tell me again...still said that I was connected to renguard. Do you think reinstalling rg might fix the problem?
