ok im on tiberian sun online cant connect online with games i reinstall with internet comps i think its stupid so i go play renegade a few days i wake up go to multiplayer and it says i need to reinstall because its incompatible so i do that put in internet components and says same thing what gives?

Reinstall the Renegade Internet components. As you installed tib sun's I'net components after you installed Renegade's, it's an elder version hence Ren doesn't work.
