The best place to get the scripts from is http://www.sourceforge.net/projects/rentools/
It is best to have the latest version installed (to pick up bug-fixes that are in it)

Also, people working with leveledit might want http://users.tpgi.com.au/adsloptd/LevelEdit.zip which is my version of leveledit that fixes a number of bugs (for example, it now loads always2.dat properly and it reads scripts.dll from the renegade folder, not the mod package)
