i've been getting SVKP.sys showing up (along with 2 entries in my registry with svkp names.) limited testing leads me to think that renguard is creating these. what i'm wondering is: is renguard creating these files/entries and, are they safe (Spyware nuker says they are files that connect to an irc and download crap to my comp.)

RenGuard 1.03 uses SVKP as a protection mechanism against hackers. SVKP is not a trojan. It is not a virus. It does not connect to some secret network and download secret stuff to your computer.
Spyware Nuker is complaining because there have been trojans which were protected by SVKP to make it harder for Anti-Virus companies to be able to learn how the trojans work. SVKP is not a bad thing, the trojans that abuse it are. You should tell Spyware Nuker to get a better team together, or you should use different Anti-Virus software.

1.31 was not a new version of renguard as such (which 1.4 will be) and is basically the same as 1.3, but with slight changes to combat vunerabilities / new cheating methods.
