My computer is being annoying (running at high temperatures cos i put one more HDD in there Surprised

)
any tricks for lowering temp (getting a fan in two weeks, yes my income really is that bad) in the meantime?
i already told my video card to lower it's refresh rate by 15 Hz. anything else?
(my BIOS is "family safe" so no CPU speed adjusting, sorry)
