OK i log on regrurd, click rendagde, and click On UNRULES-NEW MAPS and when i got on i did not here that rengard music sound thingy and then i played a bit and shot a guy in the head with a rocket luncher and kill him then i got qkicked for cheating!!! IM FRAMED!!! I SWEAR I DID NOTHING!!! this can not be correct Huh

We are not UNRULES.COM. If you want to complain about that, you must go to UNRULES.COM and complain there.
Being q-kicked does not prevent you from rejoining the game.
If you do not get the RenGuard "music", then exit Renegade and exit RenGuard. Then, relaunch RenGuard and relaunch Renegade.
