I downloaded this skin and it has a couple of w3d models in it. Its called "Ice Flame"
Heres an image from where I got it. 
Looks nice but Renguard won't let me use it.
Info:
Changes:
-Nod flamethrower and flame tank shoot a blue white flame gas.
-Nod flamethrower and flame tank are blue.
-Previouse scorch marks are now ice marks.
-Burning left by the flame is now ice mist.
-Nod flamethrower and flame tank Pt icons fit the models.
Possible to allow the w3d files that come in the .zip?
EDIT: Added image enlargent for when clicked on.
