Ok, let's see....
We keep getting hit by tornadoes every year, and every 5 years we get wiped out. But hey! The taxes are low. Let's keep building the same damn thing over and over, not learn from our mistakes, and oh yeah, let's throw in a trailer park or 15. They are really sturdy in a tornado.

Yes, to solve the problem we should get rid of poor people.
Lol, I seriously have a hard time feeling sorry for these people. Every year they rebuild their house and say "Ghosh darnit Sarrah, it done snuck up on me there." If you can't see it coming year after year then you've truly lost hope. But not like I'm in any place to insult a states intelligence level - I live in Florida where the brain power of a single old fart can't punch a hole in a card.
Ironic how the most unstable housing is built in some of the most dangerous areas isn't it?
