i download renegade long time ago and lost the cd so i cant reintall (i was using no-cd patch to play) and some file is missing.
When clicked Multiplayer then Westwood error masage comes telling my iam missing a file to play multiplayer can anyone please give it!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

You probably scewed up your Westwood online components and therefore you can't join WOL.
Ever set up the FDS? Because if you did so and uninstalled it, your Client cannot connect to WOL anymore. No matter if the FDS has had it's own Westwood online dir or not. The Renegade FDS removes/redirects some important registry entries while being uninstalled.
If you lost the CD, just goto Ebay and buy a new Renegade? Otherwise you can try to fix the Registry values with tools like Norton Windoctor or others like that.

Try this i found a web site that may be helpful if u are missing a file The website is Renmaps.com Look where it says View all files and if that doesnt work i think it would be better if u buy a new cd.I think they are only $9.99 for the whole collection.  If u dint find the website helpful write me at (dorianisback@yahoo.com)Does it says which file is it if so tell me so i can send it to u if i find it or talk to a administartor about it.Well i gtg let me know wat happens if u got any more / write me at my website I will riply within 10min
