AVG Thinks game.exe is a virus [message #187753]

PLECOS MASTER

Ever since I updated AVG antivirus today, it keeps saying that game.exe is infected with a virus, and I can't play Renegade unless I use game2. I already reinstalled Renegade and Renguard, and it still gives me this. Anyone else that uses AVG getting the same problem?

Well, if anyone else gets this, turn off AVG resident shield and it won't bug you.

lol, that just about halves the protection AVG gives you.

I just updated and scanned my Renegade folder, it didn't show anything wrong, so it does look like a RenGuard issue.

Maybe AVG put a signature in there for SVKP.
