When I put this plug-in into the Plug-In folder for Adobe Photoshop and load it up I get an error saying: "This application has failed to start because MSVCR70.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.” I did what it said and re-installed but that still didn't fix it. I've put the plug-in into the \Plug-Ins\File Format\ folder but still the same error appears.

It seem that my Windows XP has some missing .dll files that seem to be required to open .dds files. I downloaded the one I mentioned about but now it needs another one MSVCI70.dll. How come nobody else has these problems?

I need to use this program so I can convert .dds files to .tga, I can't continue unless I do. Crying or Very Sad Are there over programs that will open/convert .dds files?
