find a clan that will let you join.
To join a clan on WOL (although there's no point anymore), go to the side menu on the left of the advanced game listings >> clans >> search for the clan you're joining >> enter your WOL nick, password, and the clan join password (when a clan accepts you to join, they'll tell you that)

The auto-report league at clanwars.cc (the ladder system pulled directly from WOL clan games) was abandoned in June in favour of a much better manual report system.

You dont seek a clan you will be ASK!
If you are playing very well maybe you will be ask but dont go to a member from a clan to ask may i come in your clan!

considering that was your only post...
I would say do the following.
1)Play in the clan server
2)Be a decent player
3)Hangout in there IRC / TS
4)post often on there forums
5)make freinds with the members
Do this for about 1-3 weeks this ask the clan "can i join??"
and give many reasons and such and you might have a better chance then
"hey
how can i come into a clan????????? "
