I don't necessarily blame the man for what he did, but I also don't blame the air marshals who killed him. The guy was actually mentally ill (bipolar in this case), and he shouted that he had a bomb on an airplane. Then he ran away from the police after repeatedly being told to drop to the ground. The cops had no way of knowing that he did not have a bomb since he was even seen reaching into his backpack. You can't blame them for what they did.
It's deeply unfortunate and sad, but it is not the air marshalls' faults.
