Download CP1 manually, it should be on www.renguard.com...

Alright I installed the CP1 from the BH Studios Site. I had to uninstall it because my renegade game kept crashing after I installed it. After I unisntalled the CP1, Renegade worked fine for a day then kept crashing again. So i uninstalled Renegade and attempted to reinstall, but now, the font wont show up when installing renegade. It is like a bunch of blank spots where the words normally are. How do I fix this?

My renguard won't load up the core patch and i can't find it on the internet. I want renguard and core patch 1 but ppl keep telling me to egt the standalone version. I tried doing the user control thing in regedit where you change the number too a zero but the patch still won't work. Ever since my renegade got deleted the core patch won't even show up when i click on renguard. i can't find out whats wrong can someone please help me???
Is there a link of somesort where you can download corepatch one and still have renguard???
Is the stand alone version compadible with renguard???
Please help!

I don't know what to do,
I just want to play some renegade, online or single player...

First off, it seems to be the almost ubquitous, albeit harmless, error 17 that the CP1 installer is spitting out. Second, apparently your bandtest.dll is goofed, give me your AIM or MSN and I'll send you a copy of mine.

That could be the problem,
My computer was reset 6 months ago.
And 2 weeks ago I installed c&c renegade again.
This week I started Downloading an installing renguard and Core patch 1.
I'm now dowloading 1.037, I'll tell you guys what happends when it's finnished.

Okay, i apolgise if my problem has been sorted already but i kinda skiped a few chapters on this Topic.
My problem is,
I wanted to update my Scripts to the latest version, im fed up of joining servers and there going "Your scripts are okay, but get the latest version from bla bla bla.com".
So i used the Renegade Tool Manager(Usually quite a handy programme) to download the latest scripts.dll. Scripts.dll 3.4.4. But after doing this i got alsorts of errors, such as WWConfig poping up then when i interact with it in any way it crashes and quits the game!
After finally fixing this (via reinstalling) i have to yet again try and find those sneaky little files that make my maps load fast, cool EVA noises such as the Nuke/Ion countdown and icons above head when saying Radio Commands.
I have asked all over, downloading around 5-6 .zip files and none of them have been what i wanted.
Most of you are going, "Oh thats the CP1 & CP2 you want!".
Well, maybe it gives me icons above head but there is still no cool noises and still crap map load speed! Not to mention that crap rubbish font that some idiot threw in! It totaly ruins the game for me.
Please, im really annoyed here. My Renegade works fine, WOL is fine all is good. Except maybe 1 or 2 minor tweaks needed with config. I just want 4 things.
#1:Fast map load
#2:Icons above head when saying Radio Commands
#3:Added audio such as the Nuke/Ion beacon contdowns
#4:NO i repeat under no curcumstances! Any stupid altered font! Especially ingame!

No that is just a scripts update, to get the sounds and icon etc you need to install Core Patch. I would advise you to unstainll Ren, reinstall it, apply the 1037 patch, install CP1 then CP2 and then update you scripts.

Microsoft Windows XP Error! Please help!
I have some sort of System Error fucking me over at the moment! I will be playing on Renegade and then whack, the screen will instantly turn blue with a load of computer language 01010111010 and other code lookin stuff then it restarts the computer, when i log back on it says "Windows has recovered from a serious error". Obviously im like "WTF! Son of a ****!" This is in its error report.
C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini020208-01.dmp
This error only ever happens when i am on Renegade so i guess it must be something to do with its files!
The top error C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini020208-01.dmp i can locate but the other error C:\DOCUME~1\paul\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER3.tmp.dir00\sysdata.xml i cant. When i search for it my comp cannot find it! At least not on C: drive!
Please help if you can, thanks
