If you have, check this out. If you haven't, check this out. We're already well past the 20 year anniversary of the film but I still think it's a great way to pay tribute to the genius of John Carpenter and John W. Campbell, author of Who Goes There? which was the book The Thing is based off.

If you haven't seen the movie, go watch it - if you already saw it, watch it again! Horror classics never get old. It doesn't have to be Halloween or Samhain to get the shit scared out of you by creepy-ass aliens and zombies.

I played the PS2 game, and the Starcraft fan map, but I never watched the movie. The PS2 game I never got into, and was for the most part really fucking scary because I knew the history behind it, and the fan map was a decent one that had several obvious faults.

I'm currently satisfied with the Magic: The Gathering wallpapers I've got saved on my computer, but I'll give them a look tomorrow, when I'm not feeling like death warmed over four times.
