I don't think you can consider it "back up" as we know it.

I would like to have someone post with facts as to wtf is going on. Until then 100 different threads or posts about WOL is not going to get us anywhere. If someone can actually tell us facts, not XWIS guessing, just what happened to WOL, it would be nice.

According to Apoc this is basically what's going:
There are network issues and EA's network technician is on vacation this week and no one else knows how to fix the packetloss. Unless EA pulls off a miracle, which is unlikely, WOL won't be fixed until next week.
