Now I've disabled the core patch download and I get this:

[16:11] Secure link established.
[16:11] Welcome to RenGuard , CivixX!
[16:11] To launch Renegade, please click 'Renegade'.
[16:11] Unauthorized file game2.exe has been found in your renegade directory
[16:11] Disconnected from RenGuard network

It make me go crazy!

Do not use any altered game2.exe. If you must use a no-CD patch, make sure it's a RenGuard approved one, like the one below:

If you have not altered your game2.exe file, then scan your computer for viruses.
