Uninstall the p2p programs? I bet you can live without them.

It's not a good idea to be using bandwidth whoring programs such as the ones you listed. Close those while playing Renegade. It probably won't solve your problem, but you may notice less lag if any at all.

Now, unless you are logged into RenGuard on another computer, ignore the LAN exploit message.

I cannot ignore the lan exploit thing, it will not let me play on certain servers at all.

Not everything is as it appears

just shut off your p2p while your playing. That is how I would solve the problem. However even if you get booted because of a false lan exploit that doesn't explain why you can't play some servers. You should be able to start RG back up and play just fine.

Those programs are probably eating up a lot of your connection, then causing you to lose connection from the RG server. Since you probably would of timed out from the master server when you try to reconnect the server still thinks you're connected, thus giving you the false LAN exploit message.

Close the programs a couple minutes before you play and it'll be fine.
