Well its pretty self explanitory to me, just for reference:
im using (Version 5.2b) However ive been using it for years on just about evey version.
To launch select from the menu, or hit Ctrl + b at teh main downloads screen.
Each folder icon is a link on that page, click it to follow the link to the next directory.
