I have a new TV hooked up to my room that has a digital video cable that can hook u to my video card. Hooked it up, but videos only show up black on it. How do i Fix this.

What program are you playing the video on?
Usually I can use windows media player on both monitors, but other programs wont do this because they use either the primary or secondary display device only (even if its 2 connections on the same card), and will therefore only work on the one you set it to work with in the options.
Try looking in the programs options and switching it to use the Secondary display device.
EDIT: Also check that the output is set to PAL (or NTSC if you are using an american TV)

1) Learn how to spell. (or simply click the Spell Check Message button)
2) If your not going to help then don't post.
3) It's probably not in the manual because most manual's are useless.
I would suggest looking on the options for the monitor to see if you can switch modes between PAL and NTSC, and see if this solves the problem.
