I desperately need braces.

Like... desperately.

But I can't afford em.

Woe is me.

da_bitch, which has more surface area, a round object with a diameter of 4in, or a square with a diameter of 4in? And wouldn't that explain why disks are round? A HDD has several round disks located inside of it, FYI.

Actually, no.. it wouldn't explain it.. because a 4x4 square has more surface area than a 4d circle. Only a fraction of the actual surface area is used on a typical compact disc; surface area doesn't have anything to do with it. If you simply close your eyes and imagine it spinning around in your drive, which parts of the 4x4 square would be completely worthless? --- the parts outside the 4d circle.

It was simply the easiest way to read media with an input which only has to move on one axis.

I don't believe in dentists, myself. For a long while, I didn't brush my teeth at all. My teeth were strong as ever, even though they were supposedly being continually racked with all sorts of plaque, bacteria, etc. In fact, the only real reasons I started brushing my teeth are the fact that every once in a while, I do like my breath not to smell like sulfur and burnt matches, and in addition to that, I've been having recurring nightmares about my teeth just. . .falling out. All of a sudden. It creeps me out. But I digress. . .
The reason I don't believe in dentists is that every time my mom went to one, they always, always found something wrong with her teeth. She now wears dentures because doctors said her gums were diseased and whatnot. I bet if she went back now'a days, they'd find something wrong with her freaking dentures. It's insane!

I've been eating quite a lot of spicy foods in my life. It could very well be that my taste buds and sense of smell have been torched enough to dumb down. Who knows?

True, but what you are showing is not a 4x4 square. The sides are both root 8.

Size doesn't matter.

Now why do I fucking need to show a 4x4 square? All I'm doing is simply showing him that a circle with the same diameter of a square is larger than the square, mmhmk?

I had braces, but now they're out, and because I didn't dilligently wear my retainers, I'm probably going to realign my teeth. This time it won't be metal braces, though. I'll probably get invisalign.

whoa.
