Another tip, look at the top of the page. Under the pretty banner, there are some options there. One of them is Search. It's easy to use. Click on it. Then type in a word or two that relates to your problem. For example, if you're having problems with the install, type in "install". If you're having problems with video, type in "video". Choose Technical Support as the forum to search. Look at the links that come up. If none of them work, THEN post, including all the information included in the first post above and the options you've already tried.
