Where can i found that mod for serverside that puts all players on one team and leaves nobody on the other team.

You can't find it, it isn't publically available.
Besides it isn't just one file, it is a modified always.dat that enables you to actually use the disable remix teams feature on your server. The other part is either an irc script that forces people onto the other team upon joining, or you might well do it by coding it into the scripts.dll (which is a better way of doing it because it is more reliable).

Well, if I am not mistaken, you can play a game by yourself if you make the game a 1 player game. I have not tried this yet, but you could try having everyone just join one team or the other and fill the server up. If everyone joins on the same team, it may work. I have never tried that and there are those morons out there that join a game called "Be GDI or I kick" and they choose Nod. It is worth a try though. Good luck.

Well i have 2 computers plus im using fds so i can do that but the problem is like you said they dont listen. but ile see if i can do it.
