mac (or someone from BHS), can you PLEASE(if its not to much to ask) do the following for Server Side Core Patch 2

1) Fix ShowPlayerKillMessage, LogHarvesterDeath and LogVehicleDeath

just because BrenBot dousnt read them does not mean they are useless! they worked on the older version of SSAOW (www.aohost.co.uk/ssaow.zip) so they SHOULD work on SSCP1! and make these enabled by default

2) Make ShowPlayerPurchases enabled by default

3) Fix that new RenegadeServer.exe!

when i try to load it via the VB Shell() command, nothing happenes, when i load it via the C++ system() command, it crashes
