When I try to connect to a game using Renguard it does it's checks and then I get this:
[23:36] Unauthorized file game2.exe has been found in your renegade directory
[23:37] Disconnected from RenGuard network

Have I done/ installed something wrong??? What did I screw up?
I just had to reformat my HDD and reload everything because of a new virus (Microsoft new it was a virus but hadn't seen it before).

It is strongly reccommended that you do not download "unknown" No-CD patches
as these may get you banned.

the only patches I have downloaded and used came from EA games, fileplanet, and Blackhand Studios websites. So I guess I'll try to uninstall and reinstall.......
