you need to get one but EA has stopped that service :/. I wouldn't get your money into it unless you run a big clan anyway: there are already too much server for the amount of players. It will just be empty ...

you didn't get the point. He needs a free dedicated server serial but those are become more or less rare as the bot that gave it is taken down by EA... Noone wants to give his away.
