does anyone else get the bug where u can't switch to walkthrough mode?

I mash the f5-f8 heys and click on them also ...and sometimes it will get into walkthrough mode...

Now i created VIS and im f'ckn mashin the hell out of everything and can't get into walkthrough for the life of me!!!
