If they hook into a hub or router before going to their ISP, then you will most likely never find it.

If you're really devious, this may be considered a cyber crime, in which case the F.B.I. has a special division specifically for you!
I'm sure you'll be able to find it (the FBI CyberCrime division) on google.

Yes, we called the police over and they made up a report. We estimated the price of the computers at about $2000, so if we get that much money in insurance then we could upgrade from what we had before.
