The Renegade tools installer: ftp://ftp.westwood.com/pub/renegade/tools/RenegadeToolsInsta ller2.exe

You also need Gmax from here (needs to be installed first): http://www4.discreet.com/gmax/

Gmax is the editor, RenX comes in the Renegade tools installer, it's the Renegade gamepack for Gmax, and needs Gmax to function.

Look on google, the mod forum, and renhelp.co.uk for tutorials.
