Most recommendations are for noobery anyway. you should never be recommended for most kills or a high kill death ratio; they usually mean all you did was kill people in the game, and that contradicts the point of c&c mode, even though people abuse it like a woman that just won't get me a beer. I never see many manual recs that are for genuinely good and fair gaming. usually all you have to do is go with someone on a rush, and when you blow up the building, it's "lol gj". I know this because people recommend me for stupid stuff any experienced renegamer could do. By standard, I am capable of receiving the same amount of recs if I play in one server a lot, care about the randoms i'm in the game with and make some friends. The ones that receive very many recs are probably in their mid teens and don't have all that much to do with their life, or make it a point to go to a server whenever they've got some free time. There's just no way to get a thousand recommendations without some serious gaming time put in.
I think a better system of recommending good players should be in order, because this one is just flawed for obvious reasons.

What on earth do your Renegade serials have to do with GSA? Aren't they totally separate? I never needed to "register" my serial with GSA, and I'm able to play on GSA just fine.

GSA servers verify the serial or something. So people get "CD authentication failed" for no apperent reason.
Proud N9500 and proud N6270 user. Creator of the IEE libraries (original bhs.dll) and the RB series software.

yea, i heard bout that, I think if we get a vertual petition and get enough ppl, we can get them to support it again, if not, we boycot! (lol, this might actually work, if we dont get any EA products, theyll be forced to support it, or theyll go outa business!) i really think this is a good idea, and im gonna start typin it up, still gotta think of a way to prove it isnt 1 person with a lotta names...
