friends cant join server but most ppl can wats wrong it ethier says thier banned or time out or port falur

Firstly, they cant see the start button and start to press it non stop and wol will automatically ban them for 1 day. Connection time out is because their internet connection is bad thus they cant join. But i think your connection should not be the problem!
