Hey guys,
As you know I’ve been keeping you apprised of the FDS serial number situation. Unfortunately the error in the Java code was unrecoverable. As it stands there will be no more dedicated serial numbers issued. This will NOT affect the ones that are already issued. You will be able to continue to play on those servers.
The Renegade FDS serial number server has served us well for three years. I can understand why some will be sorry to see it go. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.
I hope that you will join me in looking forward to the continuation of our Red Alert universe, Red Alert 3. I’d also like to thank the hundreds of loyal Command & Conquer fans out there who have been so supportive not only to me and my cause but to the legacy which is Westwood.

Well, thats another big loss. I'd rather have the Clan page tried to be fixed the n the serial FDS though. There is servers enough on WOL. Its not like we need more.
Anyways thanks for your time, you seem to be the only one who still cares about Renegade.

First: DAMN THAT SUCKS! NO WONDER I CANT GET IT TO WORK!
Second: What exactky caused it to stop working all of a sudden
Third: I care about renegade
Fourth: DAMNDAMNDAMN!!! i need a dedicated server but my parents wont let me pay for, and i quote, "Some stupid, unhealthy, dumb game", and i DO need it, non dedicated arent working, i always get hacked or cant get the right Settings on a non dedicated, is there ANY other way of getting a free dedicated server [legally]?!?!?!
EDIT: well, looks like WOL is finally ending.... the crew is almost gone, everything is working incorrectly (if at all).... wish it were different....
