First goto your Westwood folder, then hit Ctrl + A then Delete.

Make sure its the entire westwood folder, just incase you have other games, we dont want you switching over. Take your Cd's and snap several times. Ask crimson to Block your IP on this website.

OR

You can just wait for the game to go empty, then you can create it again.

If its a true server, not just one on WOL simply kill the connection and use you admin controls to change the settings.

In the mean time you can review your thread count just on this one page:
