lol, I've ran it on a system with 64mb of memory before. You do NOT want to do that.

memory recovery is actually bad for your computer. what happens is that the program trys to hog memory, drawing memory away from everything else, then releases it. makes your comp slower in the long run

They are essentially ineffective. I used one for a while, and it didn't help any unfortunately.
