HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Blackhand Studios\RenGuard

Try deleting that registry key. On my machine I only have RenGuard in \Blackhand Studios\, so if such is the case for you as well, you might as well delete that key as well.

Edit:
Oh, there's also this key which you should probably delete as well:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\RenGuard
