I'm not really seeing what's illegal here...
Isn't that the same thing as going to any other website, right mouse clicking on a picture and doing "Save Picture As..." ?

OK, but did you post that picture as a WIP somewhere on your website before he posted that? Or, was that picture never posted and it was just in the folder?
If you never posted the picture, then that's different. That means he "hacked" the picture out of your folder and posted it, without your permission. Maybe that is illegal, who knows.
If that's the case though, then what was the picture doing in there in the first place? Why didn't you just keep it on your computer's desktop?

I hate to break the news to you, my friend, but it's not just the Renegade community. I've run a lot of communities in the past (I'll give you proof if you want it), and I've been to a lot of communities. Trust me, all online communities are like this. You have to just take anything anyone says, and accept the fact that there's nothing you can do about it.
If you were more serious about taking legal action, then maybe you shouldn't have posted about it on a public forum. Now you know that with every post you make on a forum, someone will always be the opposition, and arguing with them will achieve nothing.
Anyone else on this forum can type just as fast as you can.
EDIT: By the way, coming on the forum and calling everyone fuckers and complaining about someone bashing your work will not make a community change. It just adds to the hate.

Hmm, Id like to say this, if the skin was in a private area and a hack as needed to get it, ACK did comit a crime, theivery? Doesnt matter if I fucking take two bucks from you, theivery, a texture is the same way, personal property, privately held, you took it, theivery, now you didnt plan on using it but you took it, theivery...
