Anyone want a tournament? it'll be fun... there hasn't been one for renegade in a while now and the world cyber games have just been held (i mean 2 to 3 months ago :S)

I, atm, don't have the bandwidth to run servers upon servers... anyone wanna host a tournament?

This was written on another forum,

"Hi I am Drakofyr from the clan GDE and I would like to invite you to join me.

There will be a tournament held every Monday starting at 8pm eastern-standard time, it will last 4 maps long(map amount may change depending on amount of players). Players will be judged by average k/d ratio and average kills. Points will have no play in this tournament. AOW members are encouraged to join for sniping practice.

Rules:
1. 500 sniper's only!! unless you have no money then use shotgun
2. No grabbing the flag!! no refills use your pistol
3. No spawn killing!! its too easy to win that way
4. No throwing c4!! thats for non-sniping n00bs
5. You may enter enemy base but not there buildings!!
6. Please make sure you stay for the whole tournament for your score to be counted!
7. Obey these rules or be kicked. repeat offenders will be banned from tourny!!"

Probably the only one i know of.

Usually when you quote someone, you add a comment. Its funny how you quote someone, don't add a comment, but the person you quote issn't using full sentences. Stumped for words? Writer's block?

I don't know how well this tournament will work out. You'd be better off just using clanwars.cc

ack, do you even play renegade anymore?

and yes i play on WOL, notice my footer??

and yes, WOL is in some ways a tournament but it's not anything like world cyber games.... and it's structure has no tournement feel to it... (eg, qualifyers, finals, semi-finals)
