i'd almost wanna say YOU did that.. by mistake?

when u reformat a drive cant you name it other things?

either way if windows did it its funny

You can rename the drive and letter at any time, but the word Local is completely windows.

How is this done? Becuse for some bizzare reason my CD and CD-R drives are Q and R :s
