If you look up Robert Plant's response to that, he said that he had absolutely no clue that it said that.

whoa.

I really got into this stuff alot. For instance if you play the pop-eye theme backwards it says

"Give me a fuck, give me a fuck right now"

I didn't say that they deliberately made the song so that it says that when played backwards Wink.

Just because you say someone's an idiot doesn't always mean that they're stupid. The term idiot can both mean foolish and stupid. Either way, I've never heard the stereotype of all stoners being idiots.

whoa.

here is some of the songs that supposedly have backward messages, in my opinion the only one that has anything real is the pink floyd song empty spaces

I'm sure it's a statistical probability that ONE song out of the millions of them would say something unintended if you played it backwards. Either that or Zeppellin figured out how to do it.

"To announce that there must be no criticism of the President, or that we are to stand by the President, right or wrong, is not only unpatriotic and servile, but is morally treasonable to the American public." -- Theodore Roosevelt (1918)

"The danger to political dissent is acute where the Government attempts to act under so vague a concept as the power to protect "domestic security." Given the difficulty of defining the domestic security interest, the danger of abuse in acting to protect that interest becomes apparent. --U.S. Supreme Court decision (407 U.S. 297 (1972)

If you reverse ANY song you'll find some kind of message. It's just something stupid that people who have nothing better to do dwell over.

FUCK YOU PROX STEALING MY THUNDER

Anyway, for that cow guy who seems to be having one, why would you get pissed off for someone finding that out? I think it's kinda cool, a little creepy about what it actually says, but that stuff like that happens is pretty cool.

I was reading about it the other day and some website said that if you just start talking for 10 minutes and record it and play it in reverse, every 30 seconds or so you will be able to make something out of it.

What makes people wonder about that song is the fact that it's such a big span of time where you can make out words like that. I found some guy who has the entire lyric in reverse, and if you listen to it and follow along it's like "holy shit." I found it really interesting, whether or not it was intended, which I highly doubt it was.

Anyway, he wasn't trying to take away from the song, it's still THE greatest rock song in my opinion, he was just pointing something out. Don't have a cow, misfit. Good day.

-It's, not its
-comma after "sad" (not your post, the word. Even though it could really apply to either.)
-with, not witht
-secret, not "seceret"
-it's, not its
-coincidental, not "quincedental"
-purposely, not "porpously"
-period after bastardization of purposely
-"the" after bastardization of purposely should be capitalized
-there's, not theres
-it's, not its
-names don't have emotions, and therefore cannot be "mad".

I ALMOST agree. It's JUST behind Bohemian Rhapsody in my opinion. Not by much at all. In fact, you could probably be just as accurate to say that it shares the #1 spot.

Bah. Freedom [Rage Against the Machine] is the best rock song ever. Or, in the least, the best live rock song ever.

Don't get me wrong, Stairway to Heaven is an awesome song. In fact, I'm listening to it right now.

I never cared for Rhapsody that much, though.
